"Update IB" In In Transaction Sub type

Hi,

I went ahead and changed the Transaction Sub type as below:

1. Install Base> Set up> Transaction Subtype> Select "Receive"

2. Disable the "Update IB" In "Transaction Types" + 'MISC_RECEIPT"

After this, I went ahead and did the "Miscellanous receipt". I found that the IB instance got created even after the above set up change.

I was expecting that once I disabled the "Update IB" for a transaction type, then that particular transaction will not create any IB transaction on "Miscellanous Receipt". please let me know if I missed any step after the set up change. Does this only restrcit an IB update and not IB creation?
