New Regulations to Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the VEVRAA for Federal Contract
On August 27, 2013 the DOL’s made changes to the regulations implementing Section 503. The rule becomes effective March 24, 2014 covering Federal contractors and subcontractors from discriminating in employment against individuals with disabilities (IWDs), and VEVRAA prohibits employment discrimination against specified categories of veterans. I’m inquiring as to when the below new options will be added to the Lookups.
