Custom report not returning data, user defined report built off same dataview does

Hello,

we are a hosted client - so still on Unifier 9.9.3

I have tried to hold off creating any new Crystal reports until we upgrade, but have come to a point that we just can't wait any longer.  I created a new crystal report, tested it from crystal - and it works fine.

I defined the custom report within Unifier, added to the user navigation, granted security,etc -- but when i run the crystal, it returns no data.

If i create a user defined report using the same data view - i get data.  Has anyone else had this issue?  I have created custom reports before, so I am familiar with the steps of creating a table in Access named the same as the dataview; begining with auburn__ and then building the report in crystal using that dataview.
