          FAILED: file PO_HEADERS_GT.xdf on worker  1.
          FAILED: file zx_prvdr_line_extns_gt.xdf on worker  2.
          FAILED: file PO_LINES_GT.xdf on worker 10.

Each of the 3 worker logs have this same error:

Performing AOL meta data updates
Attempting to update fnd tablespace meta data
Upload of Fnd_Object_Tablespaces is successful
AOL metadata updated successfully.
