Invalid database objects for E-Business suite

Hi,
Apps 12.0.6

We have 12 seeded, but invalid database objects in the "APPS" schema of our main EBS database that supports our 12.0.6 application. 
And we also have 10 seeded, but invalid database objects in our decentralized VCP database, that runs version 12.1.2 of EBS.

Can these invalid objects all be safely dropped?
