Can the latest NavTeq ODF data be used with Oracle 12.1.3?

We are implementing Oracle Field Service in 12.1.3 with spatial data from Navteq. Navteq has provided us with the latest map data in ODF format, which I understand is compatible with 12.2 but I am not sure if it is certified for 12.1.3.

Is anyone able to advise me of the latest Navteq data version for Australia certified for 12.1.3?  I was told that the one provided to us (mentioned above) is the latest, but I would like to be sure that we aren't in a position of not being able to use the latest map data just because Oracle EBS 12.1.3 is not compatible with it.
