Update Disable Date in Routing operations for specified operations

      I have an requirement to disable particular Operations in specified Routings.     For example MC001 routing consist of operations

            Operation Seq      Operation Code 

                1                           OSP-TURN

                2                           OSP-FTURN

     We want to disable 1st operation for the item code starts with MC.Pls suggest any oracle documents or coding to disable operations in Operation resources.
