Unable to create Receivable activity

 Hi Support,
                   Am trying to create Receivable Activity in AR but an error is being displayed & unable to open the receivable activity form. Error: "Please create party tax profile".

         Please check the attached screen shot.  we doing receivable activity for tax free zone (UAE Zone) which is a tax free zone. 

      Please advise
