R12.0.4 : Patch 5972212 is not available for release R 12.0

hi,
As per the note 'Unable to find 'kshell' in PATH when executing 'adcfgclone.pl' (Note 451994.1)' we have to apply the following patch.

'Download and apply Patch 5972212 - 'ADCHKUTL.SH FAILS IN SLES 10 DUE TO PDKSH REQUIREMENT'

This Patch is available for Release 11i and R12.0.x - it brings the script 'adchkutl.sh' in Release 115.6, which no longer checks for 'pdksh'.'


But we download the above patch is not available in R12.
