Invalids not coming down after upgrade

Hi All,
we upgraded the current instance Upgrading the 11i EBS 10.2.0.5(RAC architecture) to R12.1.3 EBS 11.2.0.4 (NON-RAC - One is DB-node - One is APPS node) with Linux 5.x (64-Bit). But we found somany invalid objects in in APPS Schema

+ Have run utlrp.sql 10 times followed by adadmin to recompile the invalids

+ Have run utlirp.sql followed by utlrp.sql

The invalid object still is more than 3000 plus objects

Found few invalids related to INACTIVE product , they can be ignored .

Uploading invalid list and adutconf.lst 's output.
