Solaris 11 e vmware

Hello All,I have a question for the community.
Is Solaris 11 certified for Vmware platform as a guest OS ?
Vmware say yes from ESXi5.1, but Oracle doesn't have any official position regarding this issue.
If I need to buy a maintenance contract for Solaris 11 OS running on Vmware, what I have to do ?
