Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I have a question about finisher.

In SIM, version 13.2 onwards, it is possible to return to a finisher, but how can the item be returned to the store?

Example: the Item A was returned to a finisher for a small repair. How can the item A be delivered to the shop after the repair?
