TR 9.1.4.1 - obtaining jdedebug.log from web server

Hi All,
can someone instruct me how to obtain debug log from HTML server via Server Manager?

As far as I can remember after I recognized the process ID I shoul mark jdedebug in process details but it is no longer there. Has something changed in new tools?
