Without production batch convetion how covert the item with stock?

Hi,

Please guide below mention scenario.

                I have using the OPM production batch in one org, The produced item is  “X” but  sale’s is happen for same item code(X) or sale is happen for  Item code “Y”.  If the sale is happen “Y” how I make the sale entry for Y item code?

 Note: The stock is reduced from “X” and sale is happen “Y” (The Item code “Y” there is no Stock)

         Without production batch convetion how covert the item with stock?
