How to consolidate multipple companies into one in JDE E1 9.1

Hi All

Just wanted to know from the group the best practices and approach to be taken when we consolidate multiple companies into a single company. The business scenario is this.

The client is current operating disparate ERP systems. Two of the comapnies are now in JDE 9.1 and they would be moving the remaining ERPs to JDE 9.1 in a phased manner. During the time of this transition they intend to have multiple companies and the consildation into a single company will take place after the last company has gone live on JDE E1.

Any suggestions or comments would help.
