Notifiation : Territory resource stamping error. Contract Number -

Hi People,

I am getting a Notification as below when a Warranty Contract is created.

Territory resource stamping error. Contract Number -

Please correct the territory setup. No resources are assigned to current territory.

Its been sent by OKCALERT Item type.

Can you please help me understand how can i get the Territory and check if Resource is assigned to it or not.

Also is this a standard notificatin.(Which API will check for the Resource in the Territory)

Where from this Alert get the Receipent information.(Some Setup/Profile)
