Accessing R12 Remote location - Networking Question

 We have 15 remote location accessing our R12 EBS.
The remote locations are all WAN with different network bandwidths.

Most of them have 10 MB bandwidths but some of them are less than 5.

After our upgrade to R12 the screens are slower is some locations. 

Reason could be the conversion of socket to servlet and is more congestion than its predecessor.

Is there a document that i could find where ORACLE recommends min band width.
