Receiving Hold Requestor Notice -- Any Precautions before we switch it on

Hello,
We are on Oracle R12 since last 3 years.
We did not switch on 'Receiving Hold Requestor Notice' yet.

We are planning to switch it on.
Are there any precautions we need to take, before we switch it on.
