Loading HFM Chinese Characters for Meta Data File

Has anyone implemented HFM v11.1.2.1.600 in China?

I am looking for some ideas/experiences where the HQ is US based and users are accessing the system from China.

The meta data and data loads will be centralized in the US. The challenge the US users are faced with is creating the meta data load file by setting the Chinese Keyboard on a US machine [see attached].  This seems to work in China.

I was wondering if anyone has experiences with EPM where users on US / English workstations  have the Chinese Keyboard enabled and are able to create the meta data file and load data successfully.
