Siebel 8.0 Program schedule - Deletion of program doesn't delete/remove the association of campaign

I just wish to get answers to couple of questions that we have as issues in our Siebel Marketing 8.0.0.13 ( Recently we upgraded from 8.0.0.5 to 8.0.0.13 (20448))

 

1. The program design flowchart ( Program Container BC) icons does not appear as icons but just as blank boxes with the name of the box below that. Hence the user just have to assume the icon and pull it to the flow chart. But otherwise the functionality does work fine.

2. But the icons are available in some other machines. So we assume that we have java run time issues. But then, when we freshly load the java run time , it says that the platform just doesn't support as well. So we need some issues for these specific issue as well..
