Oracle Developer suite 11g

 Hello,
I have not been able to find this software. I have to update and compile some forms that need Forms Builder 11g. Also, please let me know if I need to have 32 bit or 64 bit install? 

I do have ORACLE FORMS installed on LINUX but have never compiled forms there. I have to move them to PC to make any change. I would like to avoid this. Can you suggest any document or steps?
