BI Publisher 10 : refresh metadata

 Hello,

     I use a script file (deployReport.sh) to copy reports as files directly to the file system ,  I refresh  (manually )  the metadata to make these reports available via the user interface.

I wonder if I can refresh  automatically with a script sh or  webservice call … (not use bip user interface).  I need to add this refresh statement to the end of my script (DeployReports.sh)  to refresh metadata automatically after copy of files.
