Default Buyer - change order notifications waiting on with buyer

Hello,Our Buyer has left the company suddenly.

All the purchase orders have his name as a buyer.

The change orders created now are waiting for the approval of this buyer.
These change orders are in IN PROCESS status.
How can we trouble shoot this issue.
