All XJDE* and ZJDE* batch versions will not run after upgrading to tools 9.1.4.1

We recently upgraded one of our demo servers to tools 9.1.4.1 from 9.1.3.2. Did not run into any issues during the upgrade and full packages were built and deployed successfully to all environments. However, now when any UBE is run from the web client we are receiving the error that "The report specifications for this version do not exist on the server". Another one of our CNC's has done some looking around, but he wasn't able to fix the issue. We are able to run UBE's from a FAT client and if we add, not copy, a new version we
