Can field BANK_ACCOUNT_NUM be hidden based on User ID or User login?

Greetings,

We are currently implementing PeopleSoft 9.1 and I have been asked if the BANK_ACCOUNT_NUM field can be hidden based on a Security Role as part of a User ID or based on a User login.  I checked Application Designer and see the field BANK_ACCOUNT_NUM is shown on the pages listed below.  I am not sure if the BANK_ACCOUNT_NUM field is attached to a Component as part of a Permission List where I normally would look to address this issue.

Used by    APD_DELETE_WS (Page)    BANK_ACCOUNT_NUM (Field)
