Files from Oracle to be sent to Turkish Revenue Administration

Hello,

Does anyone have developed a solution to export data from Oracle  11.5.10 to be imported into Turkish Revenue Administration? They are 9 reports:

Example:
1* Katma değer vergisi beyannamesi, gerçek usulde vergilendirilen mükellefler için (regular vat declaration), code: 1015 a-1
2*  Katma değer vergisi beyannamesi, vergi sorumluları için (vat advance declaration), code: 1015 b-2
...
