Journal entry name in Journal Import process

Hi,

In Doc ID 130915.1 it is said that Format for Journal Entry name is :

(Optional User-Entered REFERENCE4)(Category Name)(Currency)

(Currency Conversion Type, if applicable)

(Currency Conversion Rate, if applicable)

(Currency Conversion Date, if applicable) (Encumbrance Type ID, if applicable)

(Budget VersionID, if applicable). If you enter a journal entry name,

Journal Import prepends the first 25 characters of your journal entry name to the above format.

1. Is it possible to create an imported journal with only (Optional User-Entered REFERENCE4) avoiding all other components?

2. The same not said 'Journal Import prepends the first 25 characters of your journal entry name to the above format'. Can we use more than 25 five characters?
