Hi,
Apps 12.1.3

Customer is trying to apply patch 14698602 to get file FAXSUBCT.fmb  120.37.12010000.18
It fails with errors for a12ara.ldt
Uploading from the data file /eb_rao53_d/applmgr/d760appl/fa/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/fa12ara.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/eb_rao53_d/applmgr/d760appl/fa/12.0.0/patch/115/import/farat3.lct(120.2.12010000.3), /eb_rao53_d/applmgr/d760appl/fa/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/fa12ara.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /eb_rao53_d/applmgr/d760appl/fa/12.0.0/patch/115/import/farat3.lct(120.2.12010000.3) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
