12c Grid Infrastructure Installation Error

I'm working through the installation of Oracle Grid Infrastructure (GI) 12c for an environment that will be a 2 node RAC.  Right now I'm trying to resolve the issue shown in the attached screenshot.  I feel that this error might be due to the fact that I ignored a single failed pre-req earlier in the GI installation.  The Oracle installer was reporting that the "X" requirement was not being met on node 2.  At the time, I did a su to root on node 2 and made the change, then did a reboot\restart of the "node 2" host.  Once "node
