How to define user defined workload in sql tuning set?

So I'm playing around with sql tuning sets in oracle 12c cloud control(it used to be known as OMS) and I'm trying to use my own sql statement, I don't want to use a sql statement from AWR or the Sql cache.  I see on step 2 that I can choose "load sql statements one time only" and choose "user-defined workload" for a custom workload.  I click on the magnifying glass and it brings me to a screen and asks for the schema name and table names.  No matter what I type in the only I can get it to
