Customer Ledger P03B2002 open balance issue

Customer Ledger P03B2002 shows a different open balance when using an As of Date when selecting Open and then All. It looks like when Open is selected that anything with a Closed Date does not display even if the date is later then the As Of date. We were expecting that the same open amounts would show if All or Open was selected. Does anyone know why that is not the case? The data does tie when an As Of Date is not used.
