Updating Order Revenue owner field

How can I edit the Owner on the Order Revenue screens?

The fact that the order revenue lines are retaining a former rep as the owner is causing issues in the reporting environment.  Sales Trending reports built on Order Revenue model are not displaying all historical sales for newly hired reps, as they were not the owner of the historic order revenue lines.  Therefore, a new rep cannot see a Rolling 12 month report of customer sales, for example. 

As an Admin, the Order Revenue Owner field is not editable on the screen and when I attempt to update ownership via the import process, I receive error messages.
