ship confirm warning issues "Valid document category does not exist"

 We have established Intercompany transactions across 2 OU's through IR-ISO process.we have recently IR-ISO related setup in the source OU from where materials are shipped to requesting OU.

We see that while ship confirm warning message as below

Error: A valid document category does not exist.
------------------------------------
Warning: Pack Slip information could not be automatically created for delivery 2843650

we have verified that Document categores exist but dont know why this warning/error message is coming up.

This is only happening for a new OU where order management has been set up recently because for the existing OU we don't see this issue.
