Launch Pick Release is no running the Concurrent

 Hi ALL, 
There are basically two ways to do Pick Release either from the Shipping Trnsaction form or from the Release Sales Order form. 

I am unable to do with the Shipping Transaction form because no concurrent is running. Meanwhile I can be able to do with the Release Sales Order form and its working very fine as well.
