Need Help figuring out why this error occured

Hi Guys,

When I submit my Order I encountered this error

[1] Error Encountered service 'CUT eSales Order Entry Toolkit Service' method 'Set LI Accounts / Status' (SBL-BPR-00162)

[2] The selected record has been modified by another user since it was  retrieved. Please continue. (SBL-DAT-00523)

When I searched using repository search I saw that Order Entry Line Item's User prop was using the BS

Name: CME CUT Service

Value: CUT eSales Order Entry Toolkit Service

Can anyone tell me how this user prop is working and also what it does?

This error hasnt been encountered before so really curious why it just showed up recently.
