Collaborative Planning - Error while opening Planner Workbench from "Planner Workbench (Collaborati

Hello,

We have all the setups for collaborative planning. However, when we tray to access Planner workbench through a customer or Supplier login, we get below error,

"No plans defined for this organization."

We have published the Order forecast and supplier commits from an ASCP plan and we dont get any problem accessing that plan from ASCP responsibility.

Are we missing any setup step here? Did anyone else face this same issue?
