ARPDDFB -> Direct Debit -> SEPA wrong decimal separator

Hello, during the tests with SEPA direct debit we patched up to  115.0.15104.23, which is the highest availabe version of the package ARPDDFB  or also called ARP_DDREMIT_FMT_PKG.  We had a hard time looking around, why the output file for the bank contains  as decimal separator  comma instead of dot.  At the moment, we had to customize the package, by adding  "alter session set nls_territory = america " .
Don't like this solution, but it works.  Is there another solution to be back on "standard" ?
