Can I uninstall "Active Data Guard" & "Flashback Data Archive"?

Oracle version: 11.2.0.3 Enterprise edition

OS: Redhat Enterprise 4

Hope I've entered the correct community, asking uninstall in Install community...

There are a number of option/management pack I've to remove.  I find some can be removed, while some can only be disabled (with support in Oracle Doc).

However, I've searched and searched, only finding "disable" for "Active Data Guard" and "Flashback Data Archive", but I don't find any Oracle Doc mentioning they're not possible to remove.

Maybe I've overlooked; therefore, would appreciate if anyone can guide me how to actually uninstall/ remove "Active Data Guard" and "Flashback Data Archive" such that FALSE will be shown for them in v$option; or whether there is any Oracle Doc mentioning they're not able to remove.

Howdy, Stranger!
