Sales Order Acknowledgment...

Hi ,

We are using some standard and some custom functionality.

We have defined the customer fax number at customer level in AR. Now what we want that any sales order acknowledgement and some custom report to be send to that customer automatically via Fax registered at customer fax level.

Is it possible in Oracle apps? and how?
