Negative quantity in blanket release after running "create consumption advice" request for consignme

Hi,

We have a problem nowadays in our PROD environment. For consignment stock items if we try to create the blanket releases they are created with a negative quantity. Have you ever seen this issue before? What could be the root cause? We are in R12.1.3 but have not found a patch so far in MOS
