Not able to expire the instance relationship when the status is Returned for repair

Hi Oracle support,

Can you please let me know the standard process of expiring the relationship between two item instances.

There are two item instances having Parent-child instance relationship.

Now the Parent item has been trasacted as RMA through one SO.Automatically the child instance got updated with the transaction and the status for both is returned for repair.

Please find the below screenshots for reference.

Before the SO transaction,I am able to see  Expire relationship option available in one test environment but now in the other environment,where the RMA is processed,I am not able to find the expire relationship option
