Does OM support it ?

 if any oracle module or functionality  can support the following business requirement

1. He sell two machines to the customer , unit price 2,100,000
2. there is a sales contract which  defines the customer has to pay the sales order by four phases
  a.  30% of  total amount , after custoner received the machines and complete inspection
  b.  30% of  total amount  , after installation
  c . 30% of  total amount ,  after testing
  d.  10% of  total amount  , one year later

The AR invoice must be created according to these four phases .
Such as  after custoner received the machines and complete inspection
the first AR invoice created, it create 30% of total amount and recognize 30% revenue and cost
