Need to migrate two different 11i legacy transactions to upgraded 12i system any Advice.

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question
Dears

I need to know the proper steps from your experience to migrate 2 different 11i legacy Transactions systems  ( each has its own different chart of account )  for Government Taxation purpose into 3rd upgraded up and running 12i system which has different chart of account from both previous 11i systems.

for more information the required Modules are

( AP,GL , FA ) from legacy systems.
