Migration of Transactions from one set of books to another

Hi Gurus,

We have set up another set of book sand org and LE, we have been creating transactions for the new LE in our current SOB and since this year we have stopped as we want to create all new transactrions in the new SOB.

However, we still have open transactions in our current SOB which have to be actioned (receipted or apply credit etc)

We have to migrate these transctions into the new SOB, could someone tell me the best way to do this and also if anyone has an audit document would be really helpful.
