I can't see reports in view reports

Dear friends,

I really need help.

 I regest the custom report in Reports-Custom Templates, I created the custom templates and link IO, also do the View Association. I upload rtf and xml files successfully, I also see the report name in BI Publisher Server. Why can't I see the reports when I'm in this view and click the reports button.

I test this for two days. No result. Hope somebody can help me.
