Enabling Email Notification for FCM:

  • In addition to the "Enable and Disable Emails" steps found in the Financial Management Close Admin Guide, what other steps are required to enable email notification for FCM - Close Manager and ARM?

  • When are email notifications sent for Close Manager and ARM?

  • How does FCM know to send the emails and to who?

  • Is there an out of the box generic email sent for FCM?  Or for each type of email notification an email form must be created?

  • In addition to the FCM admin guide, is there any other documentation regarding the FCM email process, function, and setup?
