Help: how to deploy changes from Dev / CTE to Production?

Dear all,

Can someone share the deployment guide or manual for configuration changes from Dev/CTE environment to Production?

Can someone elaborate / explain:

1) The steps to prepare and execute deployments? Including how to select the changes to deploy?

2) The (estimated) duration time of each deployment? And is it possible to schedule deployment?

3) Dependencies/conditions: what are the dependencies or condition for deployment?
