EEX 9.1 Employee Banking Information for Employees on Global Payroll

It is my understanding that PeopleSoft does not have a delivered interface from Global Payroll to Expenses for employees overseas (i.e., India).  We understand that we will need to build a custom interface to bring in the employee banking data.  However, we could use some suggestions on the best way to do this.  Is there a staging table for banking data that the Load Employee Bank Data process (in EX_EE_UPDATE process) uses?
