Min Max Planning few item not working

Hi,
I have schedule Min-max planning report for items to so that item should be purchased automatically. Fo this I have set min-max quantity in master items and other setups also. Everything is working fine except few items fo which there is no requisition created.

What could be the reasons or where to start  finding the probelm?
I checked the setups and the missing items have similiar setups as others.
