Setting Up New Punchout

Greetings!  I walked through a punchout setup previously with a consultant.  Now I'm trying to do another on my own.  I have decent notes, but as it's a different company, some of the variables are different.  I have everything set up to the best of my ability and when I click on the link for the punchout, i get

java.io.IOException: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: SSL handshake failed: X509CertChainInvalidErr

For obvious reasons, I suspect the certificate, but I'm using what the company gave me...not sure what else to do!?!  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!
